Family Membership Application

If you would like to become a BCMH Member, please download and complete the appropriate application below.

Full membership for individuals or for Families is for those whose primary membership is at BCMH.

Associate Membership is for those who are already paying full membership dues at another synagogue, and would like to be part of and support BCMH.

Once you have completed the application, please email or drop it off at the BCMH office.
