Sun., Feb. 15th, 7:00 pm, the third film of our Love of Eretz Yisrael film series, “Beneath the Helmet: From High School to the Home Front” at Ezra Bessaroth. Co-sponsored by The Jewish Federation, BCMH, EB, SBH, NCSY, JSU and Jewish High. A dinner featuring classic Israeli food, catered by Dalia Amon, 5:30 pm. The community is invited. Cost: $18, for tickets to the Israeli Dinner and Premiere, click here:

The Bikur Cholim Committee, chaired by Shelly Russak and Sandi Kaplan are in need of volunteers to help reach out and keep in contact with our shul members who need home visits or telephone outreach. Enjoying Kiddush even when there’s no sponsor? Then please donate to the Kiddush Committee Fund. These funds are used for a shul Kiddush when there is not a sponsor. Your contributions are very much appreciated! You can donate to the Kiddush Committee Fund via the BCMH Website PayPal account, contacting the BCMH Office at (206) 721-0970 and paying via credit card or mailing a check. Make sure to note it is for the Kiddush Committee Fund if paying via PayPal or check.

YAVNEH PROGRAMS:

All regular Youth groups meet on Shabbos and are free and open to children of all ages

Approx. 9:30 am: Pre School in Portable A – From taking out the Torah – Mussaf kedusha

Approx. 9:30 am: K-2 in Portable B: Big Yavneh – From taking out the Torah – Mussaf kedusha

Approx. 9:30 am: Jr. Minyan in Beis Midrash – From taking out the Torah – Mussaf kedusha

Children are brought onto the Bima following chazarat ha-shatz to help with the end of davening

Please Note: Torah Tots will not be a drop-off program until further notice. Parents may use the Torah Tots room with their children ages 3 and under, but must remain in the room as well. If you are interested in organizing a parent rotation please contact Ari Hoffman, Robin Alberg or Heather Jacobson.
